Regional Sustainable Development Game for neighborhood engagement

As part of my minor Regional Sustainable Development I did a transdisciplinair project with a company that aimed to help people of a town in the Netherlands go through a bottom-up approached energy transition.
CONCEPT
With the help of my group I designed a boardgame, based on strategic niche management, in which citizens could learn about the energy transition in a fun and engaging way. The game allows people to take different perspectives and learn about possibilities and constraints towards becoming self-sustaining energy providers.
With a bottom-up energy transition approach, I had to familiarize myself with the energy type aquathermy and how to present the technology to neighbourhoods.
